RETURN POLICY

1. Nature of Product

RudraBids provides a Software as a Service (SaaS). There are no physical goods delivered that would require a standard return process.

2. Service Usage

Once a subscription is purchased and activated, it is considered "used". We do not offer returns on digital subscriptions once the service has been accessed.

3. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in your billing or account activation, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
